Office Administrator/Receptionist (Identified)
A great opportunity is now available for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) to manage our busy office as an Office Administrator and receptionist. The Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) is a small but growing not for profit charity that provides books and literacy resources in language for remote Indigenous communities. We are looking for a capable, organised and IT savvy person to manage our busy Sydney-based office. This position offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a small and supportive team and environment with potential career opportunities as the organisation grows. This diverse role includes general admin and reception duties, database management, filing, management of marketing collateral, book stock and program collateral, along with daily banking and mail collection from Broadway.
Hours: 9-5pm or 8-4pm. Immediate start, full-time position. The office is located in Ultimo, close to Broadway.
