We have had many generous supporters throughout the year, donating, hosting fundraisers, and raising awarness for our Foundation. We are now asking for your support this end of year to help us achieve our ambitious goals in 2020.
We know how important books are for kids when they’re learning to read and write. And we also know how critical the development of literacy skills is to ensuring equity of opportunity when it comes to children’s futures and choice.
Sadly, in many – if not most – homes in remote Indigenous communities there are few to no books at all. Few kids in these communities have experienced the joy and incidental learning that comes from reading books at home with parents and siblings. We believe this opportunity should be available to all children, wherever they live.
These children are the voices of our future. This giving season you can help make a real difference to their lives.
Make a Real Difference this Giving Season
All funds raised will help buy the books which go directly to remote Indigenous communities. In 2020 we are aiming to gift nearly 100,000 books to more than 400 communities.
