The successful applicant should understand the book production process and will ideally have
administrative experience in a publishing environment. This role could be a great next step for
someone who has worked as a publishing or production assistant.
You must have excellent database management and record keeping skills, high level Word skills and
be a confident user of Excel. You will be highly organised, a good time manager, have great attention
to detail and thrive on setting up and maintaining effective systems.

This role is suited to a creative designer who has a sound understanding of print design, the
printing process, design communication, and who is passionate about designing books.
Working closely with the in‑house team, you will be keen to work with the creative team to
fulfil design briefs in unique ways and design with creativity and flair.

on juggling multiple projects simultaneously, love creative challenges and enjoy working in a
team environment.
